These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and bl33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the bl33 website at bl33.club and all related services, features, and content offered through it. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of bl33, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bl33 platform. bl33 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To open and maintain a bl33 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of placing bets or playing games.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on bl33 or have had your account suspended or permanently closed by bl33.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current registration information, including your real name and valid mobile number.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.

bl33 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements. Any funds remaining in an ineligible account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and bl33's internal compliance procedures.

bl33 processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved Bangladesh mobile banking channels. All monetary amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following rules apply to all payment transactions on the platform:

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit is ৳200 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposited funds are credited to your bl33 balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.
• bl33 reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears to originate from a third-party source.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are returned to the same mobile banking account used for the most recent deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• bl33 may delay a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of a suspected rule breach. Players will be notified of any such delay.
• Funds associated with an active wagering requirement from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the rollover conditions are fully met.

bl33 does not charge any platform fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. Any charges levied by your mobile banking provider are outside bl33's control and are your responsibility to review with that provider.

The following general rules apply to all bl33 bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, per household, and per device. Multiple accounts attempting to claim the same bonus will result in all associated bonuses being voided.
• Welcome bonuses are only available to new players registering their first bl33 account. Existing players who create a second account to claim a welcome bonus are in breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the rollover requirement specified in the offer. The standard bl33 rollover requirement is stated in each individual bonus offer.
• bl33 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are credited to eligible games only and must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Unused free spins expire automatically.

bl33 may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being rolled over in good faith by eligible players.

The following rules apply to all sports betting, casino gaming, and other wagering activities conducted through bl33. These rules supplement any game-specific or sport-specific rules communicated within the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation except where bl33 explicitly provides a cash-out or in-play edit feature for a specific market.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or incorrect odds display that results in a manifestly wrong price, bl33 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the players' account balances.
• For live cricket and sports betting, markets may be suspended during key moments (e.g., a wicket falling, a penalty being awarded). Any bets placed during a period of suspended pricing will be void.
• Casino game results are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems operated by the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, etc.). bl33 does not interfere with game outcomes.

bl33 reserves the right to void bets from any account found to be exploiting errors, system bugs, latency, or any unfair advantage. Winnings derived from such exploitation will not be paid and the relevant account may be suspended.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bl33. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards, or coordinate betting patterns on live casino tables.
• Laundering funds through the bl33 platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine wagering activity.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, circumvent self-exclusion, or bypass any account-level restriction placed by bl33.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification, including the use of another person's name, mobile number, or payment account.

bl33 employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes. Accounts flagged for any of the above conduct will be investigated. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure without return of funds where fraudulent activity is established.

bl33 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency outages, or circumstances beyond bl33's control (including network failures by Bangladesh telecommunications providers) may temporarily affect access to the platform. bl33 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance via the platform's notification system.

bl33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bl33 will update the effective date shown on this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify active players via in-platform notification or email. Your continued use of the bl33 platform after any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
